1967 Porsche 912 Coupe 5-Speed - SOLD
This 1967 Porsche 912 coupe was acquired by its prior owner in 1971 and was refurbished over the next several decades until its completion in 2025, when it was acquired by the current owner. The car is powered by a 1,720cc flat-four mated to a five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Golf Blue over black leatherette upholstery. Equipment includes 15″ perforated steel disc wheels, disc brakes, bright bumper guards, bucket seats, an AM/FM radio, and a heater.
The car came finished from the factory in Golf Blue and was repainted under prior ownership. Equipment includes bright bumper guards, a retractable antenna, and a single exhaust outlet
The 15″ perforated steel disc wheels are mounted with 165SR15 Michelin XZX tires. The car is equipped with an independent front and rear suspension, and stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners.
The 2+2 cabin features seating surfaces trimmed in black leatherette upholstery as well as a matte-black dashboard with aluminum trim. Replacement charcoal carpets were installed in 2021 and the dash trim was replaced in 2020. Appointments include rear vent windows, an AM/FM radio, lap belts, and a heater.
The four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of green-script VDO instrumentation including a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 89k miles, less than 100 of which were added under current ownership.
The flat-four was fitted with an 86mm big-bore kit in 2020, and the cylinder head was refreshed with replacement valves, guides, and springs. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle.
