1969 Ford Bronco 6-Speed by Velocity Restorations

The 1969 Ford Bronco was the subject of a custom build by Velocity Restorations of Cantonment, Florida, that was commissioned in 2018 under previous ownership. It is finished in green with a removable hardtop and is powered by a 5.0-liter Gen 2 Coyote V8 linked with a T56 six-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and limited-slip differentials. Additional equipment includes a lifted suspension, Bilstein shocks, 17″ Pacer alloy wheels, hydroboosted Wilwood disc brakes, Warn manually locking front hubs, LED lighting, and power-deployable side steps. Inside, the heated front bucket seats are trimmed in black leather and complemented by a roll cage, a Tuffy locking center console, and a Pioneer head unit. The truck was sold on BaT in June 2024 and again in November 2024, when it was acquired by the current owner. Work since that time included installing a carpet kit and revised LED headlights as well as replacing the clutch and throw-out bearing.

As part of the aforementioned build, the body was repainted in green with white stripes by Velocity Restorations in 2018. The owner notes that paint chips visible in the galleries of both previous BaT auctions have since been repaired at the radiator and B-pillars. Revised LED headlights have been fitted, and details include a removable hardtop, power-deployable side steps, body-color fender flares, and matte black-finished bumpers, door handles, hardware, mirrors, and badges.

Black 17″ Pacer wheels wear 315/70 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. A body lift has been installed, and the truck is further equipped with a lifted suspension with Bilstein shocks as well as hydraulic power steering, Warn manually locking front hubs, and front and rear sway bars. Braking is provided by four-wheel ventilated discs and Wilwood calipers with a hydroboost system.

A carpet kit has been fitted in the cabin, which also houses heated front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black leather. Appointments include a roll cage, air conditioning, a Tuffy locking center console, a Bluetooth-capable Pioneer head unit, and custom-fabricated door panels with map pockets and audio speakers.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a Velocity Restorations-logo instrument cluster that incorporates a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 12k miles.

The 5.0-liter Gen 2 Coyote V8 was installed by Velocity as part of the build and is equipped with a custom air intake assembly and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and Warn limited-slip front and rear differentials. The clutch and throw-out bearing were replaced in September 2026.
